Once you have filled out the form, you have two options for submitting it:
1. Email: Scan or take a clear photo of the completed form and email it to almisbah2012@aol.com.
2. In-Person: If you prefer, you can print out the form and bring it to our Al Misbah Childcare location during our operating hours. You may leave it in the mailbox and we will pick it up.
Step 4: Confirmation and Payment:
Upon receiving your completed registration form, our team will review the information and contact you to confirm your child's enrollment in the selected camp sessions. We will also provide instructions for payment and any additional details you may need.
